I'm charged approx $330 and after discounts and solar contribution my final bill is around $96 but the GST charge is aprox 30%. Checking around I find that other companies (not all) charge only the basic 10% on their final bill?

Thank you for getting in touch!

Please be advised that solar system owners do not need to pay/remit GST from income related to a solar system income unless this income exceeds $75,000 per year. To calculate confirm your total GST payable, you simply need to calculate the following:

Total charges less total discounts multiplied by 0.1

But I'm being charged 0.3 (approx) ..... I dont know how long this has been going on .... what do I do now?
