      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://neighbourhood.agl.com.au/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/23062"&gt;@Sdn&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, it sounds like billing might be paused on your account at the moment, which also prevents usage from being updated. On your usage page, do you see a message saying that usage updates are paused?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
