Hi AGL,

Wondering when the below will come into effect for my residential account? It wasn't applied on my 1-31 March, statement and can't see a credit on my account balance for the 1-30 April charges (statement not yet issued just balance when logged in)

Q. When will Queenslanders start to receive the
utility payment?
• Government is working with retailers to
get the payment to households as soon as
possible. Depending upon when their bill
falls due, customers will begin to see the
payment over the coming months.

Hi Hannah, I believe you should see it applied to your next issued bill.

Hi - I see that the Queensland Utilities rebate credit was applied to my account in May, but It was not paid out with my last solar electricity bill credit.
