Can AGL direct me to the online link to arrange for an account credit balance to be paid to my linked bank account? I'm told I can do this online, I just can't see how.

You can request a refund through our dedicated team on the AGL App or AGL My Account. There is no automated process with this as there are a few checks we need to do first but our dedicated team would be more than happy to help you out.

This is my fourth time (once via live chat; two phone calls; one email) and still haven't received my credit!

Why is it so difficult? I'm at a loss to know what I have to do to receive the $850 credit
