Overview and usage total costs different

Hi there,

When using the iOS app I have noticed that the total of my accumulated bill in the overview tab is different to that of the usage tab.

how can this be different. I thought you are receiving usage data from a smart meter, which allows for the break down in the usage tab by hour.

Why are the totals different between the two tabs. This is very confusing.

Welcome to the AGL Community!

The data you're seeing on the usage page is purely just your import and export charges whereas the data/bill projection that you see on the overview screen is also including your supply charges and what your bill is so far to date.

Thanks Nam,

I had already considered that usage is not inclusive of supply charges.

however the problem is that the usage total is more than over view total. Which does not align, as the overview should be more as it has the usage plus supply charges included.
