If you have a concession card from the government you will absolutely be able to receive a discount.

If you do have a card, please send us a message through your My Account or through the AGL app, so we can apply this for you.

I've just removed your CRN number for privacy reasons as this is a public forum. If you have a concession card from the government you will absolutely be able to receive a discount. To add an eligible concession card log in to the concessions page in My Account or if you need help adding a concession card, just head to the contact us page.
