Hi I have received my electricity bill and I was wondering why I have not received my gas bill? As I have both with AGL

You can check your AGL My Account to see when your gas bill is scheduled to be issued, if you're not able to see any details on your gas account there, please Contact Us and we'll check that with you.

no there is still no gas bill showing in my AGL account if i need to set up a seperate account can i please have the account number for this so i can add it to my account or can you just manually add it your end if not can you please email me the bill so i can pay it thank you

As I've mentioned above, if you're not able to see your gas account then you'll need to contact us so we can look at your account to see why. If you're having troubles contacting us, you can also send me a private message by clicking on my name here.
