Hi PRW, welcome to AGL Neighbourhood!

Unfortunately as the services are separate, credits aren't transferable across the 2 accounts. Please Contact Us if you're still having issues with this.

short version:

Using the links for the internet account received from AGL, payments for internet go to the electricity account, and are not credited to either account.

3 months' of being messed around trying to get the refunds - Internet side of AGL says to get back from Energy side. Energy side has all the proof of payments, just won't respond.

Eventually I ended up cancelling both accounts.

I have been contacting AGL - both Energy and Telecommunications - for 3 months, without any response. Telecommunications refers me to Energy, Energy refers me to Telecoms. I got tired of their games and referred the matter to the Energy and Water Ombudsman
