Payment extension options

It would be great if in the billing/payments area there was a button/link to request a payment extension and options for how long you would like to extend the payment date (i.e 3-7 days or a fortnight).

Thanks for your feedback - this has been on our radar for some time. We are working through the next lot of priorities for the app and this is on our list of items to consider.

Hopefully we can bring this feature to life soon!

This functionality is available in the app:

In the AGL app 'Billing' tab, tap your bill
Tap 'Payment assistance'
Tap 'Set up' next to Payment Extension
Choose the number of extra days you need and tap ‘Confirm’.
