topic Cancelling Account in AGL Website https://neighbourhood.agl.com.au/t5/AGL-Website/Cancelling-Account/m-p/33613#M956 <P>Hi, I've been unsucsufully dealing with your 'chat' service since around 10 days ago to cancel my account because I never use Gas, and the $50 fee each time for 0-gas usage, in this financial climit is quite crazy.&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Not only is the chat response time appauling (8-ish hours), but each time i go to your website to continue the convosation (cos it logs my out after 2 hours) i have to start again with the assistant.
