Online chat not working

Online chat is not working. I have been trying all day. Both in the general enquiry section and in the "my account" section.

A VERY frustrating and annoying way to start off my experience with a new energy provider. 😞

Thanks @Hembry , is this occurring when you're logged in to your My Account and you click "message us"? Please send me a private message (click my name) with your account number and if possible a screenshot of the issue, and I'll follow it up for you.
