Why am I no longer receiving a detailed bill and when trying to download .pdf file it is the previous month's? I need a detailed account.

Welcome to the AGL Community!

You can certainly still download your bills via the email overview, if it's not working for you, you can also download your bills directly from your AGL My Account by selecting the Billing tab. Otherwise, please Contact Us and we'll send that to you manually.

My agl bill doesn't download as well. It keeps asking me if I want to download the bill again but it actually never downloads

There seems to be an issue with the website and the app. The application shows an internal server error when I try to download my bill.

I noticed this issue today as well. Hopefully gets addressed tomorrow as it's weekend now.

Got this error when I click on "Download your PDF bill":

Like many customers I am also having difficulties downloading a PDF of my current bill. Can this issue be resolved ASAP please!

Been down since Thursday

Try again.

Then come back and like my post.

There were other post about this on the website, nothing official from AGL though.

No longer able to download energy bills or gas bills. This is an error with AGL. I have reported on numerous occasions. It is such an inconvenience and a waste of my time.

Hi RateTypeVL,

If you are receiving your bill summary from AGL however you are not able to open the PDF, this could be caused by a pop up blocker, we would recommend you check your pop up settings in your email or search engine.

If you are not receiving your bill summary at all we would recommend you add the below email addresses into your safe senders list

agl@aglconnections.agl.com.au
agl@energy.agl.com.au
no-reply@yourenergyinsights.agl.com.au
aglcustomerresolution@agl.com.au

Tried firefox and get:
