Problem logging off

When attempting to log out from the website the browser hangs with the status "waiting for agl.com.au"

The url being displayed is https://www.agl.com.au/bcp/logout?redirect=True

happens with both firefox and chrome browsers

If I then attempt to log in from another browser session I find that I'm still logged in - this suggests to me AGL site is not loggging me off and someone else could access my account !

I'm having similar issues in logging out from my account on a pc.

Just get the little wheel and constant message "logging out", but nothing ever happens, ie it doesn't properly log out.

unable to log of. I wait awhile and then shut down. I then check the log in to see if I am logged out.

Similar Problem - When attempting to log out from the website the browser hangs with the status "waiting for agl.com.au" Do not see any explanation or solution in the chat group.
