Unable to Access My Account and Make a Payment

I've been trying to access my account on the AGL website so I can make a payment to my gas bill. I input user name then password and then get a cartoon of a dog and an unplugged power chord, saying "something unexpected happened".

Can you please get the dog to plug the chord back in so I can access the website properly and make the payment ?

I've tried on different devices and also via Chrome and Edge, all to no avail.
