I am 83 yearsold and with all the changes made by agl I can no longer signin or bring up my account

Same problem today, updates to new agl app went to look at a bill and it will not open we looking to view a PDF bill

Hi guys,

The best way to view, manage and pay your bills is in My Account or the AGL app. To view your most recent bill in My Account, go to the 'Billing' tab and select 'Download your PDF bill'. Previous bills are also available for download. To view your bills in the AGL app, tap the Billing tab, then Bill History.

Please let us know if you're still unable to open the bill this way.
