Can't get online usage data

Well, my online usage reads were working fine until they came and changed my modem to 5G. That worked for a week or so and then died. Very frustrating not getting daily updates. CAN SOMEBODY FIX THIS?? Apparently I am not alone .......

It started working again now. It didn't work for over a week. Thanks anyway for the response.
