Not using my direct debit (active one) for my gas and electrical account. Sending overdue message with using active direct debit account.

Same here. Their system keeps forgetting my Direct Debit details, perhaps three times now this year.

It's unusual that the Direct Debit has stopped after providing the details.

If these have ended you'll need to log into your My Account and update your payment and card details or contact our supoprt team to make sure this is set up again.
