AGL app not showing FIT

Hi team,

I can see my usage (what I bought) on the app and website but since July 2nd, I am seeing "--/kwh" for my feed in tariffs even though in the hourly section I can see my exports are being recognised. Can AGL please confirm that my feed in tariffs are coming through? I'm worried my usage and FIT amounts are not updating correctly. I called AGL and they could not tell me how to resolve this.

Chris you have multiple user now reporting the same thing so obviously your backend system has crapped itself and needs fixing

It's ok, Telstra, sorry, AGL... the only reason I remain with your guys at the moment is 'cause I am waiting for the dust to settle from the new changes since July 1st and see if there are better deals out there, which I am sure there will be, and I am sure there are a lot of other customers doing the same thing...

Sh*t customer service doesn't keep customers; it makes them walk away. Actions, not words, will improve that ... we are now 10 days in with this issue, stop the BS and just get it fixed !!!!

This has been raised.

From the information I have there is a block on usage being sent though currently, this is to lift on the 25th of July, You should then have your usage come through then.

@ChrisE_AGL is this a regional thing ? Both the app problems, and this 'block' ?
No problems here in SA with my app daily updates for overview etc, or with missing info on the usage / solar feed in.

For some week or two, I have been having all sorts of issues with info coming through online, and it's not our connection, we have starlink . . . things like gumtree ads missing photos, my solaredge app being very erratic, missing info, taking forever to open and not always showing the full app features.

It was miraculously fixed once Telstra advised their recent outages problems were permanently fixed . . . even Vic trains were unable to run.

Hi @Lester

You are spot on, while not exclusively a regional issue there is currently an issue with usage data being sent through to the AGL App/ My Account.

While you may not be affected, I'm wanting to just reassure those that are experiencing this that our teams are aware and have given the date of the 25th that this will be resolved.
