I have a Passkey for my Bank and Centrelink and Never Needed Bluetooth Turned On to create this - 2ndly its very STUPID THAT WE NEED SCREEN LOCK ENABLED ON OUR PHONE TO COMPLETE THE BLUETOOTH PASSKEY PROCESS !!!
