AGL Gas Account 7106 533 479 showing as Account setup in progress for about 5 weeks now.

I have tried moving my gas from alinta energy to AGL Gas Account 7106 533 479 showing as Account setup in progress for about 5 weeks now.

I under stand you need to arrange a special gas meter read. Will you do this or should I look for another gas retailer?
