I don't want to communicate with an online community, I simply want to communicate with AGL. Why do you make this almost impossible? I don't want to download an app, I want to do this via your website, its simply really. Please provide your customer service email address as I need to make a complaint in writing.

An email address is not communicating directly with a person who can understand and assist.

Where is the phone number I can call to discuss my issue... which isn't covered by any standard FAQ?

I have been waiting for a response to an online chat session for 30 minutes. The"customer service" rep stopped answering. Seems AGL customer service is on a par with Telstra and that sucks big lumps.
