How did my electricity bill go up 400%?

My electricity bill in Jan was $50. My bill for Feb is $186. AGL - please explain how this is possible.

I live in a 3 bedroom apartment where we use the laundry and dryer occasionally. We do not use our dishwasher. Our AC unit doesn't get cold enough, so we don't use it. We have not been using our washer dryer 4x more. We have not been using our lights 4x more. I don't understand how my bill could have jumped by this much.
