Me, neither.

They promised 200 dollar credit, but not applied on my account. I also want to know what happen.

Hi Josho1986 and Hwa,

Our sign up credits apply as a bill credit to your first bill with AGL, they don't apply directly to your AGL account, this may be the reason you aren't able to see this in your AGL app or my account.

If you have received your first bill and the credit still has not applied please contact us https://www.agl.com.au/help-support/contact-us.

Unfortunately, I'm getting the "what $200 credit" from AGL. This was clearly stated in the starting of a new account, AND in recorded contract discussions. Will be taking this to ACCC if it doesn't get rectified.
