Can’t see Rewards tab

Hi, like several others, I can’t see the Rewards tab. I have two accounts. When I log into the AGL website, I need to select the account. I then only the Overview, Usage, Billing and Help tabs. I have reported this as a fault and was told it would be fixed in 48 hours, over a week ago. In other threads on this topic, I’ve clicked on the links to Rewards, but this only deposits me in the page where I need to select one of my two accounts. Any help appreciated.

Hmmm, no reply in two days, this must be a complex issue.

By the way, I’ve tried to access the Rewards tab from an iPad and Mac using a couple of different web browsers, as well as from a Windows laptop using MS Edge. Happy to try any other options but I suspect that the website logic for someone with multiple accounts is broken.
