I agree 100% with this, should also include IP, DNS and PPPoE details as they are not listed anywhere once activated. Southern Phone should be moving away from CG-NAT all together if they want to keep up with the big telcos. I requested a Static-IP just before Christmas and have not had internet for the last week since no one in tech support can answer what my details are, I was left a voicemail saying it’s confirmed and have been charged for it but not a piece of evidence exists that I have one.
