idea Running Totals in AGL Energy Ideas

Hi, I have both Gas & Electricity accounts with Direct Debit payments for both. I check the amounts contributed on a regular basis through Billing/Transaction History. A suggestion I would put forward is that within Transaction History for both Gas & Elec’ have a running total of contributions to assist people who regularly check this feature allowing them to budget finances.

Hello!

That’s a thoughtful suggestion. Having a running total of contributions in the Transaction History for both Gas and Electricity accounts would make it much easier for customers to track how much they’ve paid over time, without needing to manually add up each entry. It would give a clearer picture of overall spending, help with budgeting, and provide quick reassurance that payments are being applied correctly.
