Agl app not displaying bills

Hello I have downloaded the agl and it's not displaying my bill or money I owe..I can't even enter into ant payments assistance or to extend my bill.it wont display my payment plan even or recent payments very frustrating..has been uninstalled 3 times now to no avail. Please help
