No enter meter read option found on app

Hello,

This is a repost because I was given no support on my original post a week ago.

For the past few months my costs have been estimated as $0 on the app. I tried to enter a meter read, but there is no "Enter Meter Read" option like there use to be on the app. The option isn't on the app at all. It's not that it is greyed out. It's that it isn't actually there on the screen where it used to be. I used to be able to find the button on the “USAGE DETAILS” page. Where is it now?
