Smart meter access for tenants

We have a rental apartment where we pay for the electricity and then cost recover from the tenant. We recently had a smart meter installed and it great how you can see the consumption etc through the AGL app. Is there anyway we can set up read only access for our tenants so they can monitor utilisation but don’t have the ability to modify or change our account?

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us.

Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to provide read access only for the tenants and can only have one online account registered.

If your tenants would like the ability to monitor their usage you still might be eligible to receive a free Powerpal, this will work in a similar way to the AGL app or My Account and will show your tenants how their household uses energy.
