Closed accounts showing on app

Hi there, when I open my account on the app, the first things that come up on my screen are two old accounts that are closed. This is very annoying as I’d like to at least see the current electricity account in use first. Even better make any old previous accounts available from a different menu choice.

Hi @Donfrom - I believe closed accounts should automatically disappear from the support screen, so it appears that this may be a technical issue. I'll confirm this and update you here.

Hi @Donfrom - old energy accounts with a $0 balance will disappear automatically within 90 days.

Disconnected telco accounts will unfortunately still be visible for the moment, but automatic removal for these will be implemented in future as well.

Show the old accounts 2nd, how stupid is it to show irrelevant information first !!!!

Your chat people reset my account twice and lost all the conversation as well but no change. Get some decent practical programmers with life skills and common sense
