Can’t change plans which has to be in violation of current legislation

What is the point of reporting a bug in this forum when AGL does nothing about it?

Still can’t change plans. App and website are broken.
I don’t understand how anyone in AGL could expect the ‘Neighbourhood’ to be useful to anyone.
