I haven’t received a bill and my agl app isn’t working or showing any solar feed in updates since the 24th of March.

It is good to see that you are working on improving the App and adding new features. Having a problem accessing the AGL Energy app or online services? I do not believe I should be expected to pay when I have no meter readings for use just a charge amount.

Sometimes we have to uninstall the app. Did you try this? Or contact Support?

Other than that, I'm not sure.
