App/Online to show hourly usage

Hello,

I have spoken to multiple AGL consultants on the phone and they advise they can see hourly and daily usage on the APP and online, however I cannot access this information. They all tell me that I should be able to see it in the app, but I can only see the current usuage total for the month (and no break down).

How do I view this breakdown data so I can see what time of day I am using the most energy and gas?

Hi @_C15 ,

Availability of detailed usage data will depend on what type of meter you have. If you have a smart meter that can provide data in half-hourly increments, you can tap on your monthly usage display to go into a daily breakdown, and from there tap the individual bars to view your half-hourly usage.
