In the app and on the website chat function is not working. Message button won't work on the site and messages present with a ! in the app.

Hi @ng771 , can you please confirm if you're still seeing this issue? I just took a quick look on My Account and the app, and the Messaging tool is working correctly for me.

Hi David,

I checked when you replied and it seemed fine. However I have just logged in again on the app and none of my messages will send. I'm yet to check on the website to see if that chat function works for me. It's happened a number of times now.

@ng771 thanks, could you please add a screenshot of what you're seeing (private message it to me if you like) and I'll ask the tech team to investigate it.
