App never works

The app never works. Ever. I don’t remember the last time I was actually able to use the app. When will this be fixed???

Hi Annikax,

For the benefit of the rest of the community, can you kindly elaborate on what you mean by the App does not work?

Do you get an error message? Do you have any screenshots displaying what the App shows when you try to open it?

I get the message of rain clouds, “it’s not you it’s us”. This has been happening for over 12 months.
