Missing solar feed in data

Good morning,

I'm exporting to the grid each evening between 5:00pm and 9:00pm as part of the AGL Battery Rewards plan.

Both the AGL app and the AGL website show no solar feed in data for 4/8/2026, 5/8/2026 and 17/8/2026 despite similar amounts of energy being exported on all of those days as with other days.

Has anyone experienced same issue and if so, what needs to be done to rectify?

Howdy,

Yes indeed. I'm only in my first month with AGL , also on the battery rewards plan, and am seeing the exact same problem with my feed in data missing on several random days in the app. When I drill down to the day view though, the exports are shown correctly in the 30 minute data!

Hopefully AGL will fix this bug sooner rather than later 🤔

Thanks for reaching out.

This is a known issue that we're currently investigating and working to fix.

While the daily view may show missing solar feed-in data for certain dates, the export data is still being recorded correctly.

As a current workaround, if you drill down into the day view, the exports should be shown correctly in the 30-minute interval data. If you're unable to view the export data in the 30-minute drill-down view, please let us know and we'll investigate your account further.

Hello

I have only been an AGL customer since August 13. The app isn't showing any grid use or solar feed in tariff data for me. It shows solar feed in tariff revenue as $0.00 which is clearly wrong, I am on the Three For Free plan. I have exported about 188 KWh between 5 PM and 9 PM between August 13 and 28, but it is showing nothing. How do I get this to update? My account number is 7129361155.

@ShowsOn are you on the battery rewards evening FIT rate ?

If so, that's a decent feed in rebate.

Maybe remove your account number and do that by PM with one of the AGL reps here (they have a little AGL logo near their username).

No i am on Three For Free, but I plan to move to Battery Rewards in a few weeks when my system starts producing more solar.
