Connection established 1 June. Now 16th July and app is still saying 'connection in progress'.

Supply is live but app won't display electricity account information.

Gas was connected same day and no issues with app for gas connection

Our team is aware of a current issue with data being pushed through for electricity accounts and working on resolving this.
I'm going to send you a Private Message to collect some account information so I can look into this further for you.

I signed up since 31st July 2026, and still unable to view any electricity data usage.

Can yoy please help.

Open a live chat in the app and have them reset your app/account

I ask agent to reset and still dont have data. I logged out and check. Data pending.

I joined chat again, the agent said they are aware there' issue which I knew hut how long is this issue going to be. So frustrated that i cannot see usage

Called Agl again and told me to wait for another 10 business day, this is so bs.

I dont know how many times are they going to tell me wait for 10 business day. Joined 31 July, no data, suppose to have my first bill but some how they are taking so long to resolve.

No data, no invoice. How am I suppise to budget
