Hi Team,

I recently moved to a new address and requested the disconnection of my previous address electricity connection and a new connection for my current address.

However, when I check the app, the bill details for my current address do not appear to be correct. It is showing a balance of $0, and I am unable to view the actual bill amount for the current address.

Could you please check and update the billing information in the system? Please let me know if you need any further details from my side.
