So can anyone tell as to when the app/website will get fixed in showing daily usage and costs?????
This is getting ridiculous.

You can't be telling me everyday for the last 8days that we've raised a ticket and nobody has done a thing to fix.

Our team is working on resolving this issue.
I apologize for the inconvenience this is causing, I understand that it's frustrating as my personal account is also being affected by this.

I'm keeping track of the threads and those that have mentioned are facing this issue and as soon as I have an update will be coming back to provide an update.

I joined AGL on 08 July and have not seen any usage data. All I'm getting is that "Something went wrong" message.

How long do you have to chase?

It's been like this for 2weeks. It cant be that hard to fix a software issue, if at all it is the issue.

Very poor work from AGL.

I have the same issue

The tracking of usage has not been working since June.

What's going on ?

My usage data finally started appearing in the app last night and is continuing to update this morning. It should be complete soon, and I'm already quite pleased with what I'm seeing.

My first bill also came in at the same time.

Tnx's for the update, my app started working as per normal for a few days, then guess what, no surprise here, it stopped again, no data since 28/7/26.
