Hi, @Denbarb, @Robbocoupe, @Pointwilliams and @Bjh

Thank you for expressing concern. There is sometimes a delay in some data on being pushed through, this can be because of regulatory reasons, areas facing natural disasters, or as a response from interacting with us causing further looking into the account.

While I understand that most of these won't apply, I have also gone and raised this for further investigation.

More like none. Unless the boffins behind the scenes haven't pulled their collective fingers out and not done their job when the change of the mandated 3 hours of free solar was legislated to commence on the 1st of July, which I suspect is the case here .... once again, real sh*t customer service, we will have to start calling you Telstra soon if you all keep this up.

Had the same issue since July 1ˢᵗ, the reason given by customer resolutions was 'they weren't receiving data from my smart meter.' This also happened ½ way through my last monthly billing cycle. Hopefully, it won’t be an ongoing issue!

I have the same problem since 1st of July as well - When I download the CSV manually from the website it has all the usage data in there, so it's not a problem receiving the data from the smart meter.

As this is happening to me as well since the 1st of July (the data is in the CSV you can download) but doesn't show in either the App or on the website graphs, should I be calling and logging a complaint/fault with AGL or has this already been raised internally and is being investigated? Thanks

Our team is across this; there is a pause on data being sent through. From the information I have on this, you should start receiving data from the 25th. This includes the data that hasn't yet come through to your app/My Account

My app stopped updating the daily usage to! Does this mean my bills are now estimates? My app hasn't updated daily usage since June!

Hi all, This has been resolved for me now, all my missing data is showing in the App today and the billing totals are updated. Thanks for your help.

While it may show estimated usage currently, once we get the data through to your account, you'll see it reflect what you have actually used.

I was with Origin for 19 years and decided to switch to AGL . so far ,I'm disappointed. I joined on June 30th and the rates I was told are different from what's appearing on the app.

I also have no usage data appearing, so i have no idea what it is costing me for electricity. I have made numerous calls to sort this out- the people were nice but of little help and at times hard to understand. I used the assistant it just regurgitates stock answers that have nothing to do with the problem. one of the reasons i chose AGL was i was told the app and the data access was really very good.

i have two questions

how do you get to speak to a person who can actually help ? and when will this be fixed? another 10 days for a fix is not really good enough

I'm sorry that your initial experience hasn't been as smooth.

The data issue is being looked into by our teams, some users have already started to have the usage come through for themselves. I'm more than happy to look further into this for you.

Same here, i've been complaining now for over 4days straight.

They keep saying that it will be fix by next. And here we are next day still not work.
