Solar app not updating

AGL Solar app is not showing solar electricity being sold to the grid or electricity being bought from grid. App Stopped working on the 23rd of March 2021. Been in contact with AGL and have had a back and forth but no resolution Insight. Can you please help. Have been told by David o AGL issue is getting sent to the technical team but nothing is getting resolved.

Where you able to resolve this issue? I'm seeing the same problem as my production graph has stopped updating on Dec 24th...

yes the issue got resolved today which is the 15th of April 2021. It was a lot of back and forth though. Finally they sent the complaint to Technical and the issue has been resolved . Keep at it, there is a resolution for you. Good luck
