Closed and Inactive Acct still Showing on My Account

Hi there, when I view my account, I can still see an inactive acct which was closed over 10 yrs ago. How can i remove this so i only see active accounts?

If that account is causing issues on your overview page, the best next step would be to give us a call on 13 12 45. Our dedicated team can look into it and attempt to reset your online account for you.
