App not showing my electricity service

Hi Team,

My AGL app isn’t showing my electricity service. I’ve logged out and back in, I’ve checked for updates and I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
Is this a known issue?

Is there a way to fix it or see my service online.

Hi Megan,

Thanks for your help.
I’m sorry The app messaging isn’t loading either so I can’t read the
message you sent. Both issues started after app was updated by agl.
